Concilio Personeelsdiensten is seeking a Flex Worker Coordinator to join our Cuijk team. You will be the main contact between international employees and clients, ensuring smooth daily operations from workforce planning to transport and accommodation.

This hands-on role requires problem solving, strong communication, and a proactive attitude. Fluency in English plus an additional European language is required. A valid B license and own transport are necessary for commuting to Cuijk.

Competenze

• Fluent English is required.
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages is also required: Polish, Romanian, Latvian or another European language.
• Relevant experience in coordination, recruitment, workforce planning, temporary employment or a similar role.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work independently and take responsibility.
• Proactive and solution‑orientated approach.
• Valid driving licence B.
• Own transport to commute to our office in Cuijk.
• Weekend availability may be required.
• Experience in the temporary employment sector is an advantage.
• Knowledge of P4F and/or Nocore is an advantage.

Flex Worker Coordinator – International Employees

Employment type: Full-time

Salary: Up to €3,500 gross per month, depending on experience

Working days: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work

About the Role

We are looking for a Flex Worker Coordinator to join our team in Cuijk.

In this role, you will be the main point of contact between our international employees and our clients. You will be responsible for ensuring that daily operations run smoothly, from workforce planning and employee support to transport, accommodation and client communication.

This is a hands‑on position for someone who enjoys working with people, solving problems and taking responsibility.
