Job summary

Flex is seeking a Sr. Transport Coordinator to maintain and improve international transport logistics processes, collaborating with the Control Tower and CFT teams to deliver end-to-end services. You will coordinate daily operations, optimize carrier utilization, and ensure timely delivery for customers.

The role requires 5–10 years in logistics and a related degree, with strong English and Dutch language skills and a focus on cost, quality, and efficiency across modes of transport.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/master’s degree in related field such as Supply Chain Mgt., Transport, Logistics.
• Have at least 5-10 years work experience in logistics and transport mgt.
• Proven experience in coordinating domestic and international transport activities.
• Experience with carrier management and transportation performance monitoring.
• Good command of the English and Dutch language.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation operations.
• Ensure optimal carrier utilization and transport capacity management.
• Manage shipment schedules to meet customer delivery requirements.
• Monitor service performance and proactively resolve operational disruptions.
• Coordinate with carriers, warehouses, customers, and internal departments.
