You will work closely with leadership to maintain financial integrity, streamline internal controls and scale the finance function, including payroll, statements and monthly planning.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years progressive accounting or financial control experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Payroll operations experience and payroll systems/tax requirements; plus if Exact Online and/or Data Warehouses.
• Startup mindset with proactive attitude, ownership of projects, and ability to navigate ambiguity.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken, with ability to explain complex financial topics clearly.

Responsibilities

• Lead financial reporting and analysis to uncover insights.
• Create and manage budgets that propel growth.
• Implement innovative financial policies and procedures.
• Take charge of payroll and accounts for seamless operations.
• Prepare compelling financial reporting and reports from our systems for management and shareholders.
• Oversee the meticulous preparation of financial statements for the organisation.
• Monthly Planning and Control Cycle: execute the monthly planning and control cycle with timely, accurate reporting.
