Job summary

Holland2Stay is seeking a Financial Controller who can keep our growth financially on track. You will lead monthly closings, produce management reports, and translate numbers into insights for cross-functional teams across Finance and Operations.

You’ll optimize processes, support budgeting and audits, and maintain accurate, timely financial data to enable fast, informed decision-making in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience in finance, controlling, or a similar role.
• Proven experience with financial reporting and month-end closings.
• Strong command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
• Experience working with ERP systems and Excel.
• Experience in a fast-growing or international organization is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly financial closings and management reports.
• Analyze financial results, identify trends, and clearly explain variances.
• Monitor balance sheet positions and ensure accurate reconciliations.
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and KPI monitoring.
• Improve and optimize financial processes and reporting structures.
• Support audits and maintain contact with external stakeholders when needed.
• Ensure financial data is complete, accurate, and up to date.
