Job summary

Kraft Heinz invites a Bachelor or Master student to join the Internal Communications team in Amsterdam for a 6-month internship starting January 2027. You will build hands-on experience in employee communications and learn how different functions collaborate across the Benelux region.

You will own recurring communications, help produce the biweekly newsletter for 700+ employees, support events and recruitment activities, and develop your professional skills with guidance from experienced

Qualifications

• Current bachelor’s or master’s enrolment (preferably in Communications, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or Management)
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills
• Strong Microsoft Office skills
• Enrolment at a university for the full internship period.

Responsibilities

• Create and distribute the biweekly newsletter for more than 700 employees
• Support internal communications and newsletters across the Benelux region
• Report to and support the Employee Experience Manager with events, internal communications, and various ad hoc projects
• Support selected recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing and interviews
