Job summary

Kraft Heinz in Amsterdam is offering an internship in the Customer Excellence team. You will own projects and collaborate as an equal partner from day one in a dynamic, international environment.

We seek a Bachelor or Master student with strong English, good communication, and a hands-on, data-minded mindset. The role runs 6 months from September 2026, 40 hours/week, with a monthly allowance of 625€ and full travel reimbursement. EU working rights are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor/Master, preferably in a field related to the positions (e.g. Supply Chain).
• Strong proficiency in English, with Dutch preferred.
• EU working rights required (EU Citizenship or studying in the Netherlands).

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers and coordinate stock information with team members.
• Inform customers about stock positions and restocking timelines.
• Link special stock to orders to ensure correct items reach the right customer.
