Job summary

Orangecapitalpartners is offering a three-month internship in Amsterdam within the Investment team, focused on residential real estate investments. You will support underwriting, market research and the preparation of investment materials while learning from a fast-growing European real estate investment firm.

The role requires current enrollment in a master's program, strong analytical skills, and fluency in English.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university in the master's phase.
• Analytically driven.
• Strong attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
• Fluent in English is a must.
• Interest in the field of investments and real estate.
• Experience in preparing and maintaining presentations and benchmarking materials preferred.
• Willingness to work in a self-directed way at times, but equally to excel collaboratively.

Responsibilities

• Help analyse, underwrite and execute real estate investments for various OCP funds, with specific focus on residential real estate.
• Conduct market and company research.
• Support with building financial models.
• Help in the preparation of investment memorandums and presentations for our limited partners and OCP management

The role

The Investment team is primarily responsible for all real estate acquisitions and disposals in all of OCP’s territories. Due to the flat hierarchy, the broad and rapidly growing investment mandate and collaborative nature of the firm, the position offers significant growth opportunities.
