Job summary

Orange Capital Partners (OCP) is seeking a motivated intern to join our Revenue Management team in Amsterdam. You will be the first point of contact for tenants, support leasing activities, and help drive portfolio performance through data-driven insights.

You will gain hands-on experience in real estate management within an international setting, mentored by Revenue Managers, with a clear path to learn and contribute from day one.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Real Estate, Business, Economics or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable being the first point of contact for our tenants.
• A proactive, hands-on and service-minded attitude.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required).

Responsibilities

• Handle tenant inquiries and engage with prospective tenants.
• Assist with creating and managing property listings, ensuring ads are accurate and visually appealing.
• Assist in drafting tenancy agreements and gathering supporting documentation.
• Support monitoring occupancy, rental income, rent collection and pricing.
• Gather, structure and analyse performance data to support commercial decision‑making.
• Contribute to improving processes and tools to drive efficiency.
• Take on ad-hoc tasks and projects and learn continuously.

THE ROLE

As an Intern, you will closely work with our Revenue Management team, who is responsible for driving income and top‑line performance across our residential portfolio.

From day one you will be the first point of contact for prospective and current tenants. From managing the mailbox to closing a rental agreement, you will get hands‑on exposure to the full commercial process behind every unit we let.

During your internship, you will support Revenue Managers in their day‑to‑day tasks, contributing to ongoing activities focused on managing and driving portfolio performance.

This internship will provide you with valuable learnings into the dynamic and exciting world of real estate and will give you an opportunity to have measurable impact on our portfolio performance.

Key responsibilities include:

You combine strong communication skills with an analytical mindset and a proactive, can‑do attitude, and you are excited to gain hands‑on, commercial experience in a fast‑paced environment. You don’t need to have all the answers, you just need the drive to try to find them and the willingness to take action.
