As an intern within the residential asset management team, you will closely collaborate with dynamic asset managers who are responsible for the Dutch portfolio. During your internship, you will assist with various tasks and ongoing activities focused on managing and optimising our portfolios. Your responsibilities may include coordinating renovations, supporting the development of internal processes to improve operational efficiency, analysing portfolio performance and exploring new initiatives aimed at further enhancing portfolio value. You will be fully integrated to the team, attending meetings, workshops, and external appointments. The role offers exposure to collaboration across multiple teams, providing you with a comprehensive understanding of how a real estate investment management firm operates. This internship will provide you with valuable learnings into the dynamic and interesting world of real estate!
