Job summary

Orange Capital Partners is seeking a curious and proactive Product team intern to help optimize and digitalize operating models, internal processes and tenant experience. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams across revenue, asset management, customer and finance to gain hands-on real estate industry exposure.

We seek a bachelor’s or master’s student with a strong interest in tech solutions, fluent in Dutch and English, and a collaborative mindset.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s (WO) or Master’s (WO) student in business, operations, economics, real estate, or a related field.
• Strong interest with tech solutions.
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required)

Responsibilities

• Process / operations improvement: Support in structuring, developing and analysing key business processes to improve operational outcomes and performance.
• Customer journey optimization and digitalization: Analyze the full tenant lifecycle, identify friction points, and develop ways to improve and automate.
• Operational support: assist with operational business processes, such as handling escalations of external partners / tenant queries.
• Data and insight: Use tenant feedback and performance data to track the effectiveness of processes, tools, and service providers

You will work closely with cross-functional teams including revenue, asset management, customer and finance gaining valuable experience to the real estate industry and operational excellence.

With strong analytical and communication skills, you are a fast learner, highly collaborative, and unafraid to roll up your sleeves to get things done. You have a critical mindset and at the same time, you think in solutions.

Required skills, experience and qualifications:

• You are a bachelor’s (WO) or master’s (WO) student in business, operations, economics, real estate, or a related field
• Strong interest with tech solutions
• Fluent in Dutch and English (both required)
