Job summary

Luxe Talent is seeking a Compensation, Benefits & Payroll Lead for Europe for an international retail group, based in Amsterdam. You will oversee payroll, benefits, salary reviews and benchmarking across multiple European countries, collaborating with providers and internal teams.

The role requires strong analytical and stakeholder management skills, with a hands-on, strategic mindset to drive scalable C&B processes across Europe.

Qualifications

• At least 7 years’ experience in Compensation & Benefits, Payroll or Total Rewards.
• Experience of managing payroll across several European countries.
• Good knowledge of payroll, employment law, taxation and social security.
• Experience of working with external payroll providers and other external partners.
• Strong analytical, organisational and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to combine strategic insight with a hands-on approach.
• Experience within retail or other dynamic organisations with multiple locations is an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits: Responsible for managing payroll and benefits processes across several European countries, in collaboration with local service providers and internal teams.
• Compensation & Benefits: Managing salary reviews, bonuses, employee benefits and market benchmarking across Europe.
• Compliance: Ensuring that payroll and C&B processes comply with local legislation and regulations relating to employment law, taxation and social security.
• Reporting & Analytics: Analysing labour costs and personnel data, and providing insights to support business decisions.
• Process Improvement: Developing and optimising scalable C&B processes, systems and governance to support the organisation’s continued growth in Europe.
