Job summary

Vaatzorgkliniek, part of Nordic Health Group, seeks an Interim Country Manager to take full P&L responsibility for the Dutch business, oversee 11 clinics, and drive revenue growth and profitability. You will lead operations, develop GP referral networks, and guide new clinic openings with strict regulatory compliance.

The role requires fluency in Dutch and English, with short-notice availability. Based in the Netherlands, you will work closely with Nordic Health Group HQ to ensure execution,

Qualifications

• Proven experience leading P&L across multiple sites.
• Strong track record of revenue growth and profitability improvements.
• Experience building referral networks with GPs and healthcare partners.
• Ability to lead operations and people in a healthcare setting.
• Experience scaling multiple locations and launching new clinics.
• Strong knowledge of Dutch healthcare system and regulatory requirements (Zvw, zorginkoop, ZorgDomein).
• Fluent Dutch and English; English used for group leadership.

Responsibilities
