Job summary

improven is seeking an experienced Interim Clinic Manager to lead two branches in the Haaglanden region. This six-month assignment runs four days a week and starts shortly, offering hands-on operational leadership in a dynamic healthcare setting.

You will unify teams, optimise processes, and ensure quality, safety and continuity of care across sites while acting as a sparring partner for management and healthcare professionals.

Qualifications

• Proven managerial experience in independent treatment centres (ZBC) or outpatient care.
• Experience in leading teams across multiple sites.
• Strong track record in process improvement and change management.

Responsibilities

• Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day management of two branches.
• Managing healthcare professionals and support staff.
