Job summary

Nordic Health Group seeks an Interim Country Manager for Vaatzorgkliniek in the Netherlands. You will take full P&L ownership of the Dutch clinic network, drive revenue growth, improve profitability and oversee operations across 11 clinics while building strong GP referral partnerships.

You will lead local teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate with HQ to execute the growth plan. Fluent Dutch and English are required; the assignment is six months with potential extension.

Qualifications

• P&L leadership experience required.
• Strong commercial track record with revenue and profitability growth.
• Experience developing referral networks with GPs and healthcare partners.
• Hands-on operational leadership across multi-clinic networks.
• Knowledge of Dutch healthcare regulatory requirements (Zvw, zorginkoop, ZorgDomein).
• Fluent in Dutch and English; English used for group leadership.

Responsibilities

• Take full P&L responsibility for the Dutch business and drive EBITDA and revenue growth.
• Lead clinic operations, patient coordinators, back office and clinical teams across the network.
• Strengthen GP referral partnerships and convert leads into patients.
• Develop and execute growth plans for new clinics and optimize scheduling and productivity.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and high clinical standards across all clinics.
