Job summary

Quiddity Talent Solutions is seeking a Territory Manager for Urology and Gynecology in the Southern Netherlands. You will own hospital accounts, drive revenue growth, and protect margins across two therapy areas while engaging with OR teams, clinicians, and procurement teams.

You will build strategic account plans, run on-site demonstrations, and tailor clinical solutions to each department. A strong track record in hospital-based sales and Dutch procurement experience are essential for success.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices.
Experience with Dutch hospital procurement, tenders and purchasing organisations.
Degree-level HBO/WO or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Own sales performance across accounts and meet targets.
Develop strategic account plans for hospitals.
Drive new business in urology and gynecology.
Lead on-site product demonstrations and support clinical teams.
Tailor solutions to the clinical needs of departments and support implementation.
Collaborate with internal teams on proposals and tenders.
Negotiate commercial agreements and ensure contract compliance.
Maintain CRM records and provide reliable market insights.
