The Nathan Bowers Agency is seeking an Insurance Advisor to join our Holland, MI team. This role offers a base salary plus uncapped commissions and bonuses, with a Monday–Friday schedule and paid training.

No prior insurance experience is required as we provide coaching and support to help you grow your career. You will connect with prospective clients, assess needs, and recommend coverage while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• Enjoys talking with people and building relationships.
• Is motivated by goals and earning potential.
• Is confident, persistent, and comfortable hearing "no".
• Takes coaching well and wants to improve.
• Is dependable, organized, and consistent with follow-up.
• Has sales or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Holds a Property & Casualty license or is willing to obtain one.

Responsibilities

• Connect with prospective clients through leads, referrals, and follow-up.
• Ask questions to understand each client's needs and recommend appropriate coverage.
• Quote and sell Auto, Home, Life, Business, and other insurance products.
• Build lasting relationships with new and existing clients.
• Identify opportunities to provide clients with additional protection.
• Manage leads and follow-ups through our CRM.
• Work toward individual and agency sales goals.
