• A background in insurance, financial services, or professional services, with exposure to commercial clients.
• Familiarity with commercial insurance products and the ability to understand complex client needs.
• A proven track record of successfully managing client relationships and developing new business.
• Strong communication and consultative skills, with the ability to engage senior stakeholders.
• A self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset, able to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Fluent in Dutch
