Job summary

Creative Fabrica in Amsterdam HQ is seeking an Instagram Channel Manager to own the account and drive growth in views, reach and engagement. You will publish across Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories and other formats, developing original concepts around AI and creativity to captivate audiences.

Collaborating with Video Editor, Motion Designers, Graphic Designer and Educational Content Producer, you’ll maintain a high publishing velocity, test formats, and optimize performance using data

Qualifications

2+ years of managing and growing Instagram or creator-led channels.
Deep knowledge of Instagram, Reels, Stories and feed formats.
Strong short-form storytelling and hooks for high engagement.

Responsibilities

Own Creative Fabrica's Instagram channel and drive growth in views, reach and engagement.
Publish across Reels, feed posts, carousels and Stories with high velocity.
Develop original concepts around AI, creativity and internet culture.
Identify trends and quickly turn opportunities into content formats.
Brief and collaborate with video editors, designers and marketers.
