Job summary

Creative Fabrica seeks an experienced Instagram content lead to own and grow our channel, crafting high‑impact posts across Reels, feeds, and stories. You will ideate original concepts around AI and creativity, spot trends early, and work with the design team to deliver visually impressive content.

With 2+ years in managing social channels, you will drive a data-informed approach, optimize formats, and maintain a high publishing pace while engaging with the creator community.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience managing and growing Instagram or social channels.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and Reels formats.
• Strong skills in short-form storytelling and hooks.
• Independent creative drive with ideation ability.
• Experience briefing designers and editors; CapCut, Canva, Adobe CC.
• Data-informed mindset with ability to use Insights.
• Excellent English, curious about AI.

Responsibilities

• Own the Instagram channel - grow views, reach, engagement and audience; evolve content strategy with performance data.
• Publish across Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories and other formats.
• Develop original concepts around AI, creativity, tech, and internet culture.
• Catch trends early and turn opportunities into content.
• Make products visually compelling to showcase AI capabilities.
• Build recurring formats to give followers a reason to return.
• Direct the creative team and collaborate with marketing on launches.
• Experiment at high velocity and test hooks, formats and captions.
• Learn from data by analyzing views, watch time, shares and saves; iterate.
• Engage with comments and relevant accounts; scout collaboration opportunities.
