Job summary

Creative Fabrica is seeking an Instagram Channel Manager to own and grow our Instagram presence from Amsterdam. You will publish across Reels, feeds, carousels and Stories, experiment with formats, and build recurring content series to drive reach and engagement.

You will work with Video Editors, Designers and Content Producers, shaping content that showcases AI capabilities. You will thrive on high-velocity publishing, trend spotting, and data-driven decisions, translating launches into

Qualifications

• 2+ years of channel experience managing and growing Instagram or creator-led accounts.
• Deep knowledge of Instagram and Reels, with proven discovery and distribution impact.
• Strong short-form storytelling, hooks, pacing and retention.
• Independent creative drive and ability to generate ideas without briefs.
• Production and briefing skills for designers and editors (CapCut/Canva/Adobe).
• Data-informed mindset with comfort using Insights to guide decisions.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken, with AI curiosity.

Responsibilities

• Own the Instagram channel and grow views, reach, engagement and audience.
• Publish across Reels, feed posts, carousels, Stories and other formats.
• Develop original concepts around AI, creativity and tech with strong hooks.
• Catch trends early and translate opportunities into content.
• Make products visually compelling to showcase AI capabilities.
• Build recurring formats and series to encourage follows.
• Coordinate with a cross-functional creative team and translate launches.
• Experiment at high velocity and test formats, styles and captions.
• Learn from data and iterate on winning posts.
• Build an active presence by engaging with comments and creators.
