Job summary

Creative Fabrica is building AI-powered video products and is expanding its in-house team in Amsterdam. As Video Editor, you will turn raw footage and product demos into engaging content for YouTube, TikTok, and Instagram, across educational and campaign assets.

Expect high-output work and independent editorial decisions. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team including Educational Content Producer, Motion Designers, and Product Marketing, while leveraging AI tools to accelerate

Qualifications

2+ years editing experience in video/editing/production.
Strong proficiency with professional editing software (Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Final Cut Pro).
Retention-focused editing with strong pacing and storytelling.
Experience editing for long-form and short-form content across platforms.
Ability to make independent editorial decisions and ship multiple edits quickly.
High production velocity with ability to manage multiple videos simultaneously.
Familiarity with AI-powered editing tools is a plus.
Good written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

Edit across channels (YouTube, TikTok, Instagram, product launches, educational content, campaigns, partnerships).
Transform raw footage, screen recordings, and demonstrations into polished videos.
Master both long-form and short-form content and optimize for platform formats and aspect ratios.
Create strong openings to hook viewers and use pacing, sound, captions, and graphics to maintain attention.
Produce a high volume of quality video while preserving editorial and visual standards.
Test and iterate with multiple versions using retention data to improve edits.
Collaborate with Educational Content Producer, Motion Designers, Graphic Designer, Product Marketing, and channel owners.
Push AI-powered production to speed up workflows and explore new ideas.
Build scalable workflows with templates, presets, and repeatable processes.
