Job summary

Xsens is seeking a Sr. Account Executive for its Automation & Mobility business line, responsible for driving profitable growth across the EMEA region for MTi-series and Sirius/Avior products.

You will serve as the commercial owner of your territory, leading business development, solution selling, and long-term account management with OEMs and channel partners. Expect ~30% travel and a home base at our Enschede HQ.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of proven success in technical B2B sales (sensor systems, robotics or related domains).
• Experience in new business development and closing complex deals.
• Experience with OEMs, value-adding integrators and channel partners.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, consistently exceeding revenue targets.
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting and strategic account penetration.
• Develop and execute territory- and account-plans aligned with regional objectives.
• Deliver accurate day-to-day forecasting and disciplined pipeline management using Salesforce.
