Job summary

NovoServe in the Netherlands is seeking an Inside Sales Representative to support inbound sales, engage prospects, and nurture existing customers. You will prepare offers, negotiate contracts, and coordinate with relevant departments to close deals.

You will work with Account Management, Business Development, Operations, Security and Administration, leveraging CRM and chat tools to drive growth and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Interest in the IT industry.
• Knowledge about the hosting industry.
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Dutch, German or other relevant languages.

Responsibilities

• Support the sales team with inbound inquiries and new business opportunities.
• Advise customers and prepare proposals and offers.
• Negotiate and close contracts; monitor proposals and contracts.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Business Development, Operations, Security and Administration.
