Balchem seeks an Inside Sales Lead to act as the commercial contact for a dedicated portfolio across Choline Chloride and Ruminant Encapsulation, collaborating with sales, supply chain, and technical teams to deliver outstanding customer experiences.

The role offers an opportunity to build processes for Inside Sales in an international environment, with a 12-month fixed-term contract during a growth phase.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Inside Sales or a customer-facing role.
• Experience in Animal Nutrition or related B2B manufacturing is a plus.
• Proficiency with ERP/CRM and Excel essential.
• Strong English communication and international collaboration.

Aufgaben

• Serve as the primary commercial contact for an international customer portfolio.
• Manage quotations, orders and negotiations through ERP/CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Supply Chain, Technical Services and Customer Service.
• Support product launches and commercial projects as needed.
• Monitor performance and contribute to process improvements.
