Job summary

Kemin ANIMAL NUTRITION AND HEALTH – EMENA is seeking a Sales Manager for Ruminants to drive growth in the Benelux market, with a remote-ready role in the Netherlands. Lead sales and service delivery for key accounts, develop strategic plans, present technically to customers, and collaborate across teams to expand market share in ruminant nutrition across the region.

The ideal candidate will have veterinary or agricultural background, proven sales leadership, and the energy to build relationships

Qualifications

Degree in veterinary or agriculture is required.
Experience in ruminant nutrition and market.
Strong biological sciences knowledge for technical presentations.
Experience managing sales projects to successful completion.
Energetic, highly motivated with strong interpersonal skills.
Proficiency with MS Office and databases.
Excellent communication skills.

Responsibilities

Achieve consistent growth in sales and gross margin within assigned accounts.
Build forecast reports for production and inventory management.
Lead business unit expansion and sales growth in the territory.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement marketing plans.
Identify prospective customers and develop strategic plans for key accounts.
Make technical sales presentations on Kemin products/services.
Conduct high-level meetings and assist customers with product testing.
Attend industry trade shows, conferences, and events.
