Job summary

Nutreco, the global leader in animal nutrition, is seeking a Technical Ruminant Account Manager to combine technical expertise with commercial acumen. You will develop account plans, deliver technical guidance on ruminant nutrition, and grow partnerships with customers through value-based solutions.

You will collaborate with sales, technical and management colleagues to ensure outstanding customer outcomes, while supporting launches and promotions of nutritional products and services.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agricultural Science or related field.
• Experience in B2B sales or account management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement account plans to achieve sales objectives and grow customer partnerships.
• Provide technical advice across ruminant nutrition, animal husbandry, feed legislation, quality standards and laboratory services.
• Identify commercial opportunities and convert them into sustainable sales growth.
• Support the launch and promotion of mineral premixes, feed additives, calf milk replacers, animal health products and nutritional services.
• Deliver customer training, technical seminars and on-farm support activities.
• Collaborate with sales, technical and management colleagues to ensure excellent customer outcomes.
