Job summary

Practical | Excellence in Finance is seeking an Inside Sales Support Specialist for our Amsterdam or Maartensdijk office. You will manage the CRM, support invoicing, onboard new clients, and handle after-sales service to keep advisors focused on client work.

You will also identify CRM and invoicing process improvements, maintain accurate client data, and communicate proactively with clients in Dutch and English. A hands-on, structured approach and interest in accounting and payroll are essential.

Qualifications

• MBO/HBO education level or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Interest in accounting, payroll administration and financial services.
• Hands-on mentality with a structured approach to work.
• Proficient in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Maintain the CRM system and ensure information is current and complete.
• Support the invoicing process for clients, including processing and follow-up.
• Guide new clients through their initial onboarding period and start-up.
• Stay in touch with existing clients after services are delivered and address questions.
• Identify opportunities to improve CRM processes and invoicing workflows with the team leader.
• Communicate proactively with clients, in person and online, with real-time collaboration.
