Job summary

Boekhoudvriend B.V. is looking for a Client Onboarding Specialist to guide new clients as they start with Exact Online. You will set up and optimise integrations with webshops, tills, payment platforms and CRM tools, while training users and documenting procedures.

Qualifications

Extensive experience with Exact Online and managing integrations.
Familiar with Lightspeed, Mollie, WooCommerce, Shopify and Nmbrs.
At least 2 years' experience in onboarding, implementation or support.
Able to explain technical concepts clearly to clients.
Client-focused, analytical and solution-oriented.

Responsibilities

Guiding new clients through setting up Exact Online
Setting up and optimising software integrations with webshops, till systems, payment platforms and CRM tools
Giving training and explanations on Exact Online and connected tools
Identifying opportunities to optimise administrative processes
Being the first point of contact during the onboarding phase
Documenting procedures and client agreements
