Job summary

Qualifications

• MBO 4 or HBO level
• Junior to mid-level experience in inside sales, sales support or customer contact
• Strong commercial drive and proactive approach
• Experience with CRM systems, Salesforce preferred
• Good communication in Dutch and English

Responsibilities

• Actively follow up on leads, quotes and customer inquiries
• Maintain telephone and written contact with existing and potential customers
• Support account management and business development
• Record and monitor sales opportunities and customer data in the CRM
• Identify cross- and upsell opportunities and contribute to commercial targets
