Job summary

A global leader in smart energy solutions is seeking a proactive Customer Service representative for their office in Amsterdam. The role involves managing customer interactions, coordinating orders, and supporting various departments. Candidates must be fluent in Dutch and have experience with ERP systems, ideally Microsoft Dynamics 365. The position offers a competitive salary, bonus, and a hybrid working model, alongside opportunities for growth within an international group. This is a full-time position on a Dutch contract, initially for one year.

Qualifications

• Fluent in Dutch is mandatory.

• Ability to handle sales and logistics tasks.

Responsibilities

• Be the first point of contact for customers, manage requests and orders.
• Ensure smooth order management from quotation to delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance teams.
• Participate in inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Improve and optimize ERP & reporting processes.

What will you do?

• Be the first point of contact for our customers: handle requests, prepare quotations, and manage orders in Dynamics 365 ERP/CRM.
• Ensure smooth order management: from quotation to invoicing, shipment, and delivery.
• Support the Key Account Manager and collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and Finance.
• Take an active role in inventory management and warehouse coordination.
• Arrange shipments and follow up with logistics partners.
• Contribute to process improvement and help us optimize ERP & reporting flows.

What will make you successful?

• Experience with ERP/CRM systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365 is a big plus).
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills – able to handle both sales & logistics tasks.
• A real team player with customer focus, diplomacy, and a solution-oriented mindset.
• Real experience in Inside Sales / Customer Service / Order Management.
