Job summary

Philips is seeking a Business Analyst/Associate Consultant in Innovation Management to join a team of 80 experts. You will co-lead projects across Innovation, Operations, and Sustainability, applying lean, agile and AI-driven approaches.

A Master’s degree and 2–5 years’ experience are required, with fluent English and Dutch understanding preferred. The role is hybrid, based in Eindhoven with a three-day on-site expectation.

Qualifications

• Master's degree with outstanding scholarly results and relevant extracurriculars.
• 2–5 years experience in Innovation and Operations, preferably high-tech/health-tech or consulting.
• Experience in complex cross-stakeholder environments with tight deadlines.
• Strong analytical, change-management, and communication skills.
• Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and data analytics tool proficiency; AI experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Philips businesses to operationalize strategic ambitions.
• Co-lead and participate in projects improving end-to-end outcomes using lean, agile, data and AI approaches.
• Learn quickly from senior colleagues and grow in Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain, or Sustainability.
• Support acquisition and competence management activities for the Innovation Management team.
• Work in a hybrid model: minimum three days per week at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven.
