Job summary

Philips is seeking a Business Analyst/Associate Consultant in Innovation Management to join a team of 80+ professionals. You will partner with Philips businesses to translate strategic ambitions into measurable improvements using lean, agile, and data/AI driven methods.

You will work in a hybrid setup at the High Tech Campus Eindhoven (minimum three days per week) and develop in Innovation, Operations, Supply Chain or Sustainability.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in a technical, science, business, or related discipline with strong scholarly results.
• 2-5 years experience in Innovation and Operations domain, preferably in high-tech/health-tech regulated env.
• Strong analytical, change management, communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Philips businesses to co-lead and participate in projects improving end-to-end outcomes.
• Apply lean, agile, quality and data/AI approaches to initiatives.
• Grow within Innovation Management, Operations, Supply Chain or Sustainability, and contribute to acquisition and competence activities.
