Job summary

Philips is searching for an IT Solution Architect specializing in Industry 4.0 to lead EA for digital manufacturing across its global footprint. You will drive scalable MES and SAP ERP integration, govern architecture roadmaps, and enable data-driven manufacturing with analytics and AI.

The role requires onsite work a minimum of three days per week in the Netherlands and involves modernizing factory environments through cloud-native manufacturing solutions and smart factory capabilities.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems or Enterprise Architecture or equivalent.
Minimum 10 years of IT solution design/architecture experience (or 5 years with a Master’s) in manufacturing or Industry 4.0 environments.
Experience with MES, SAP ERP integration (ECC/S/4HANA), and shopfloor systems.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise architecture for Industry 4.0 and Digital Factory initiatives.
Define architecture roadmaps, standards, risks, and stakeholder alignment.
Design end-to-end solution architectures for MES, SAP integration, OT–IT connectivity and data analytics.
