DSM-Firmenich AG in Maastricht, the Netherlands, seeks a Manager Manufacturing IT solutions to lead end-to-end Manufacturing Technology. You will own manufacturing applications and digital factory solutions, driving SAP and MES-enabled process transformation and ensuring IT/OT integration for operational excellence.

You will define and execute a value-driven digital strategy and roadmap, aligning with business priorities and enabling scalable, customer-centric innovation across the value chain.

Formación

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT, Engineering, Manufacturing Technology or related field.
• 8+ years delivering and optimizing digital manufacturing solutions.
• Fluent in English with strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills.
• Experience leading SAP S/4HANA, MES and Industry 4.0 initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Translate business requirements into scalable digital manufacturing solutions.
• Own design, implementation and continuous improvement of SAP, MES and OT platforms.
• Ensure end-to-end solution architecture, data governance and compliance.
• Drive IT/OT convergence, real-time data, analytics and digital factory initiatives.
• Lead global transformation programs and promote DevSecOps and product-centric ways of working.
