Job summary

Philips Iberica SAU in Eindhoven is seeking an IT Solution Architect – Industry 4.0 to drive the architecture and design of digital manufacturing across Philips' global enterprise landscape. This role connects business strategy, manufacturing operations, and technology by enabling scalable, secure, and future‑ready integration between MES platforms, SAP ERP (ECC and S/4HANA), and shopfloor systems.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in IT, CS, Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Systems or EA.
Minimum 10 years with Bachelor’s or 5 years with Master’s in IT solution design, MES implementation, SAP ERP integration, or Industry 4.0 environments.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise architecture for Industry 4.0 and Digital Factory initiatives across the enterprise.
Define and govern architecture roadmaps for manufacturing platforms and standards.
Design end‑to‑end architectures for MES, SAP ECC/S4HANA integration, and OT–IT connectivity.
Drive real‑time orchestration, traceability, and analytics across shopfloor and enterprise data platforms.
Provide hands‑on architecture leadership during design and implementation, fostering smart factory innovation.
