Prodrive Technologies is seeking an experienced Industrialization Engineer to lead the scalable transition of new products from design to manufacturing. You will develop manufacturing strategies, select processes, and evaluate equipment decisions for 0-series and full-scale production.

You will collaborate with product development to translate design intent into robust manufacturing solutions, oversee sample production, and ensure critical deliverables are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of proven experience in industrialization and manufacturing processes, preferably in high-tech environment.
• Willingness to spend time on the production floor during prototype builds, pilot runs, and series production.
• Strong understanding of DfM and DfA principles and best practices.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute industrialization strategies for new products in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
• Apply PFMEA and Control Plans to embed quality into operations.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives to reduce time-to-market and improve performance.
• Deliver stage gate records on time and with quality.
• Define and monitor KPIs to drive accountability and excellence.
• Provide design-for-manufacturability and design-for-assembly input to development teams.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure manufacturability and quality standards.
