Job summary

Delft Circuits is seeking an Industrialization Engineer to move manufacturing from technically working to reliable at scale. You’ll improve processes near the factory and contribute to larger scale-up projects like equipment concepts and CapEx proposals.

The role emphasizes making production more stable, repeatable and scalable while working closely with the factory environment in Delft. We value a technical HBO or MSc background and 2–8 years’ experience in manufacturing or industrialization,

Qualifications

• 2–8 years of experience with manufacturing, tooling, equipment, process improvement, industrialization or scale‑up.
• English is required. Dutch is a plus for daily collaboration with manufacturing colleagues and local suppliers.

Responsibilities

• Industrialize processes by improving tooling, fixtures, SOPs and workflows.
• Improve yield, throughput and stability by reducing bottlenecks and operator dependency.
• Collaborate with Manufacturing and Process Development to build robust production standards.
• Translate capacity needs into practical equipment, tooling and layout improvements.
• Support CapEx projects with defined requirements and implementation plans.
• Design or improve holders, fixtures and production tools.
• Reduce manual steps and optimize SOPs and training packages.
• Analyze bottlenecks and propose improvement projects.
• Apply 5S, poka‑yoke, value stream mapping or structured problem solving.
• Specify new equipment or outsourced machine building with suppliers.
• Translate prototypes into scalable industrial solutions.
