Job summary

Prodrive Technologies is expanding its team of project operations managers to take full ownership of a product group for a key customer. You will oversee every lifecycle stage—from introduction to phase-out—while elevating quality, manufacturability, cost performance and supply robustness.

You’ll lead a product team, coordinate timelines and budgets, and collaborate with hardware, software, design, and quality teams to drive improvements and long-term reliability.

Qualifications

• Degree in a relevant engineering field (BSc/MSc).
• Experience supporting team coordination or group projects.
• Ability to act in a highly operational, hands-on environment.
• Comfort with dynamic priorities and fast-paced settings.
• Strong communication and collaboration with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate product team through full lifecycle for a key customer.
• Manage timelines, resources, risks, and budgets across disciplines.
• Drive lifecycle improvements focusing on manufacturability, reliability and cost.
• Collaborate with hardware, software, design, industrialization and quality teams.
