Job summary
Xsens, a growing high-tech sensors company in Enschede, Netherlands, seeks an Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth for industrial sensor solutions. You will pursue opportunities through inbound and outbound activities and support the A&M sales team in closing new business, while maintaining client relationships and ensuring smooth order processing.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Commercial or related field.
- At least 1 year of inside sales or telemarketing experience.
- Strong verbal and written communication and active listening.
- Accurate data entry, order processing, and CRM hygiene.
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM and virtual communication tools.
- Excellent lead sourcing and prospecting using LinkedIn and AI tools.
- English advanced; German or Spanish at intermediate level preferred.
Responsibilities
- Source new opportunities via inbound and outbound calls, emails, and online actions.
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet objectives and close deals.
- Document and track leads, opportunities, and activity history.
