Job summary

Tune4Flavors BV, hiring via Hosco in Uithoorn, seeks an independent chef to prepare lunch and dinner dishes and oversee mise en place. You will ensure quality, taste and presentation while working under HACCP standards.

The role requires an MBO level 3 diploma, basic cooking techniques knowledge, and the ability to work independently in a restaurant team. Shifts vary and travel expense reimbursement is offered.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Independently prepare lunch and dinner dishes.
• Carry out mise en place and other prep tasks (cutting, mixing, portioning).
• Ensure the quality, taste, and presentation of all dishes.
• Apply and comply with HACCP and safety regulations.
• Manage inventory: ordering, receiving and checking products.
• Clean and maintain kitchen equipment and workspaces.
• Contribute ideas for recipes, menu updates and more efficient processes.
• Supervise compliance with regulations and the work of assistants.
