Job summary

Dsv Air & Sea SAU is looking for an Administration Officer Inbound in Tilburg. In this role, you ensure that incoming shipments are processed accurately and appropriately prepared for distribution. You will work with various systems and communicate with colleagues internationally to monitor transport activities.

• Accurate working style with strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work with systems and learn new software quickly.
• Good command of Dutch and English, both spoken and written.

Responsibilities

• Processing and checking incoming shipments and transport documentation.
• Registering shipments with receivers and processing transport information.
• Identifying irregularities like damaged goods or missing information.
• Maintaining contact with international colleagues regarding shipment status.
• Processing return shipments and reporting operational deviations.
