Job summary

DSV in Rotterdam is seeking an Administrative Officer Logistics to support daily operations in a busy warehouse environment.

You will process warehouse receipts, create shipments in the order management system, schedule pickups, verify transport documents, and handle claims with care. You will manage the shared mailbox and ensure accurate administrative handling of transport orders with a small team of six colleagues.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education and working experience required.
• Previous administration or logistics/transport service experience preferred.
• Accurate and organized approach to work.
• Enthusiasm for administrative tasks and established processes.
• Collaborative attitude with a sense of ownership.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse receipts and manually create shipments in the order management system.
• Check transport documentation and handle irregularities.
• Schedule pickups and arrange export documentation.
• Register and handle damage claims while monitoring unloadings.
• Prepare unloading lists and ensure accurate administrative processing.
• Manage the shared mailbox and daily post.
