Job summary

You will manage warehouse receipts, create shipments, verify documentation and coordinate pickups in a structured, process-driven environment. The role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and ownership within a busy logistics operation.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education and working experience.
• Previous experience in administration or customer service, ideally within logistics.
• Accurate and organised approach to your work.
• Enthusiasm for administrative tasks and established processes.
• Practical mindset with a collaborative attitude and ownership.

Responsibilities

• Process warehouse receipts and manually create shipments in the order management system.
• Check transport documentation and handle irregularities.
• Schedule pickups and arrange the required export documentation.
• Register and handle damage claims while monitoring the progress of unloadings.
• Prepare unloading lists and ensure accurate administrative processing.
• Manage the shared mailbox and daily post.
