Job summary

Arvato is seeking an Assistant Warehouse Supervisor to help implement the logistics operation for a new consumer products customer at one of its new locations. You will take responsibility, improve processes and develop leadership skills while contributing to a smooth go-live.

You will work in a modern warehouse in Echt that is being constructed, collaborating with a dedicated implementation team and reporting to the Supervisor.

Qualifications

• MBO-level education or equivalent working and thinking level.
• Several years of experience in a coaching or leadership role, or a relevant educational background with practical internship.
• Experience with warehouse management or ERP systems, preferably SAP, and good knowledge of Excel.
• Fluent English.
• Organized and coordinating working style with a strong helicopter view.
• Proactive team player who takes initiative and goes the extra mile.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate the daily logistics operation and align people, materials and workloads.
• Lead daily stand-ups, allocate work and set priorities for shifts.
• Coach Line Leads and ensure understanding of Arvato's supply chain processes.
• Monitor processes, identify obstacles and coordinate practical solutions.
• Prepare daily performance reports on volumes and truck movements.
