Best Buy in the Netherlands seeks a Geek Squad Agent to be the first contact for technology support, offering knowledge and solutions for computers and devices. Training will be provided to assess needs, perform basic services and collaborate with other agents on complex repairs.

Qualifications

• 3 months of experience working in retail or customer service.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including holidays, Nights and weekends.
• Passion for technology and desire to solve problems.
• Ability to adapt and learn new skills in a fast-paced industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide positive, timely service to customers during check-in and checkout.
• Understand tech issues by asking questions, listening and noting details.
• Help customers set up devices and advise on repair or replacement options.
• Monitor queues and provide accurate status updates to customers.
• Maintain knowledge through certified training courses.
• Communicate clearly and partner with fellow agents.
