Qualifications

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Deliver exceptional service and help customers get the most out of their Apple devices.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair issues and provide feedback to Apple.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
