Apple Inc. is seeking a Technical Specialist at our Netherlands Apple Retail stores to provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for customers while generating excitement for Apple products and services.

You will educate customers on repair options and help them get the most from their devices, collaborating with team leaders to resolve issues and improve the service experience.

This role values inclusion, customer focus, and the ability to work in a fast-paced store environment.

Formación

• Availability to work a schedule including nights, weekends and public holidays in the retail store.
• Proficient in Dutch, both written and spoken.

Responsabilidades

• Provide technical support and skilled troubleshooting for Apple hardware and software.
• Educate customers on repair options and Apple products and services.
• Deliver exceptional service and help customers get the most out of their Apple devices.
• Collaborate with team leaders to identify recurring repair issues and provide feedback to Apple.
• Support customer-facing activities on or off the sales floor.
• Contribute to an inclusive environment by respecting differences and learning from others.
