Youwe is seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant to bridge business needs and technical execution, translating client requirements into scalable Pimcore-based solutions. You will lead workshops, guide data architectures, and ensure alignment with business goals across projects.

Responsibilities include supporting delivery teams, recommending AI-driven improvements, and maintaining quality from pre-sales to go-live.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant, preferably in a digital agency.
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture.
• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations.
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is mandatory due to the client nature of the role.

Working closely with internal and external stakeholders, you guide implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring every solution is aligned with business objectives and technical requirements.

From solution design to implementation and optimization, you ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients.
