Job summary

Youwe is a full-service Digital Agency seeking a Senior Implementation Consultant in Rotterdam to bridge business needs and technical execution. You will guide implementations from discovery to delivery, ensuring alignment with business objectives and technical requirements.

From solution design to implementation and optimization, you will ensure projects are delivered efficiently, adopted successfully, and create measurable value for clients.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant.
• Hands-on Pimcore or similar enterprise platform experience.
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations and system architecture.
• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations.
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is mandatory.

Responsibilities

• Lead workshops to capture business requirements and translate them into scalable solutions.
• Advise on Pimcore (PIM, DAM, MDM) and data architecture implementations.
• Support developers and delivery teams throughout projects.
• Recommend AI-driven automation and improvements in client IT landscapes.
• Challenge assumptions to ensure long-term, sustainable solutions.
• From pre-sales to go-live, maintain quality and continuity across projects.

Job Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as an Implementation or Technical Consultant, preferably in a digital agency
• Hands-on experience with Pimcore or similar enterprise platforms
• Strong understanding of APIs, integrations, and system architecture
• Solid knowledge of data governance and migrations
• Fluency in spoken and written Dutch is mandatory due to the client nature of the role

Nice-to-haves

• Experience with event-driven systems and API gateways
• Familiarity with SaaS integrations and headless platforms
• Knowledge of accessibility standards (ARIA, keyboard navigation, WCAG)
• Experience mentoring developers or leading technical project delivery
• Experience within a digital agency or fast-paced project environment
