Job summary

Tony's Chocolonely is seeking an operational technology all-rounder to keep TOC tech and data systems running smoothly from our Amsterdam base. You will be the first point of contact for application support across Europe and West Africa, manage the support backlog, test solutions, configure systems, and maintain user documentation.

You will work with the TOC Tech & Data Team and wider IT partners to improve processes, while supporting critical operations like farmer data, invoicing, and

Qualifications

• Experience in application management or IT support.
• Hands-on testing/QA or development exposure.
• A genuine interest in technology and data.
• Ability to manage multiple systems and priorities.
• Fluency in English; French is a plus.
• Willingness to work from the Amsterdam office part-time (≈3 days/wk).

Responsibilities

• Manage 1st and 2nd line application support and backlog across TOC systems.
• Support TOC operations with technology-enabled processes (CLMRS, invoicing, master data, reporting).
• Execute quality assurance: test cases and acceptance tests with dev teams.
• Configure IT systems across Beantracker, Salesforce, Farmtracker, and ERP.
• Create and maintain end-user documentation and training materials.
• Collaborate on data analysis with TOC Data Analysts.
• Drive continuous improvement of processes and systems.
