Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years’ experience in a customer-facing leadership role in retail store management.
• Excellent team management skills with ability to coach and motivate employees.
• Fluent in English; professional Dutch is a plus.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate targets into in-store actions.
• Ability to make timely decisions under operational pressure.

Responsibilities

• Team Management: lead customer-facing staff, assign responsibilities, coach, monitor performance.
• Commercial Execution: drive seasonal sales targets and KPI-driven actions.
• Environmental Engagement & Community Impact: lead community events and partnerships.
• Operational Oversight: manage schedules, opening/closing tasks, store standards.
• Policy & Compliance: ensure labour, safety, and internal procedures compliance.
• Budget Oversight: monitor capital expenditure, payroll, and store costs.
• Merchandising & Brand Presentation: plan campaigns and maintain visual standards.
